1. The contents of turismo.travel (texts, images, films, graphics, newsletters, trademarks, logos...) are the exclusive property of turismo.travel Limited Partnership and/or third parties and protected by the current regulations disciplining copyright, 663/1941 Bill of Law and subsequent changes (article 2575 C.C.). Current copyright laws state that if the aforementioned regulations are breached, turismo.travel may resort to the right to report the party concerned to the relevant authority.Under the law, it is legal to re-publish and re-circulate content, on condition that it is left completely unaltered in each of its constituent parts, placed between quotation marks and explicitly quoting the source. Likewise, the copyright inscription is not compulsory as the content itself is the exclusive property of turismo.travel and/or of third parties.Before re-publishing and re-distributing any content or making any quotation, it is mandatory to request the explicit and formal consent of turismo.travel.In order to pre-empt every form of theft, plagiarism breach of copyright and right of quotation, turismo.travel, records all its own content through a complete backup system to digital media as a precautionary measure, therefore certifying the tangible and historical proof of the effective ownership of contents.
2. There are spaces available to users in turismo.travel, such as the Travel Community (blogs, travel news, travel guides, videos, photographs...). Though turismo.travel carries out a check on the morality and the authenticity of the information posted, those inserting texts or images take full responsibility and turismo.travel has no influence turismo.travel is therefore not responsible for the legality, truthfulness and/or correctness of these contents, nor of the compliance with industrial ownership rights and/or intellectual ownership rights or of the regulations concerning privacy; nor does turismo.travel answer for their possible contrariety to law and order, good conduct and/or morality in any way.
3. There are links to other Internet websites in turismo.travel. These are not under the control of turismo.travel. The publication of these links on turismo.travel does not therefore entail the approval on behalf of turismo.travel of the relative sites and their contents; nor does this imply any form of guarantee on behalf of turismo.travel. The user is aware that turismo.travel is not responsible for the correctness, the truthfulness, the respect of intellectual ownership rights and/or industrial ownership rights, of the legality and/or of any aspect of the aforementioned Internet sites, nor does turismo.travel answer for their possible contrariety to law and order, to good conduct and/or morality in any way. turismo.travel therefore does not take any responsibility for the links to other portals and/or for the contents present in the aforementioned sites.4. turismo.travel produces and manages a great quantity of contents; therefore, despite the daily update and revision procedures of these contents on behalf of the editors, a limited number of items may become obsolete. The photographic content present in turismo.travel has been supplied by: national organisations for the Promotion of Tourism, Mintur, APTs [Agencies for the Promotion of tourism], municipal newspapers, provincial and regional administrations.
